A native of California, Kevin often jokes that the stork must have dropped him in the wrong state, but he has embraced life in Tennessee with enthusiasm. Outside of work, he enjoys lake fishing and spending quality time with his family. When it’s time to unwind, you’ll find him sipping on Dr. Pepper Zero—because, as he likes to say, “he’s cool like that.”

With a playful sense of humor, the team jokes that she’s not allowed to touch the scheduling software and that she follows whatever Amanda, the Office Manager, says—highlighting the collaborative and fun atmosphere she fosters at the office.

Christy plays a crucial role at Home Helpers Home Care Cleveland and Chattanooga as the After Hours Scheduler. Originally from California, Christy brings a touch of West Coast charm to Tennessee. When she’s not busy coordinating care, you can find her enjoying the delightful chaos of toddlers, perfecting her sourdough bread-making skills, or tending to her garden. As the health enthusiast of the team, Christy stays hydrated with water and steers clear of Dr. Pepper—something her colleagues find amusingly “weird.”

Rosalina is the smallest but mightiest member of the Home Helpers Home Care Cleveland and Chattanooga team. As our official “Chaos Coordinator,” she has been keeping us on our toes since she joined the office at just two weeks old. Though she’s supposed to stick to Ripl milk, she has a knack for sneaking sips of Dr. Pepper or sweet tea whenever no one’s looking!

Rosalina is the boss around here, and we happily follow her lead—she makes our days brighter and infinitely more fun. While her title suggests coordination, she’s more about creating chaos
(the adorable kind!) than organizing it. Her real talent is getting us all to do exactly what she wants, and honestly, we wouldn’t have it any other way.

Dawn has a natural way of making people feel heard, understood, and at ease. As our Care Coordinator, she walks alongside families with care and thoughtfulness, helping create care plans that truly fit each client’s needs. Dawn is a steady presence—calm, compassionate, and deeply committed to doing things the right way.

Sarah brings joy, energy, and a big heart to everything she does. As our Recruiter, she loves connecting with caregivers and helping them find meaningful work where they can truly make a difference. Her bubbly personality, attention to detail, and passion for people help build a caregiving team that feels more like family.

Hattie is the kind of person who quietly keeps everything moving—and does it with a smile. She’s incredibly sweet, highly organized, and loves checking things off the list. Supporting our team behind the scenes comes naturally to her, and her steady work helps ensure our caregivers and clients are always taken care of.

Christina leads with heart, experience, and a genuine love for caregiving. As a Lead Caregiver, she supports both clients and fellow caregivers, always willing to step in and help when needed. Her compassion, reliability, and calm presence make her a trusted part of our team and the families we serve.
