Tips for better sleep include:
· The bedroom should be dark and quiet. Make sure the temperature isn’t too warm
· Don’t watch TV or other electronics at least one hour before retiring to bed for the night
· Adjust the bedtime a little so you are going to bed when tired and then get up at the same time in the morning each day
· Do a relaxing activity before bed such as taking a nice warm bath or listen to some soft soothing music
