Meet The Owners

Hilary Eldridge
Owner, Director of Client Relations

I know personally how important it is, in times of need, to have a genuinely caring and skilled person there to help a loved one. I saw my father struggle with Parkinson’s disease for years. He had a strong, loving and playful spirit. He was the wisest man I knew. Joe was his caregiver for years and grew to be part of the family. He became a trusted and reliable ally to my father. What was so beautiful is that my father was able to keep his dignity, his independence and enjoy his familial relationships because Joe provided a level of care that was professional, caring and trustworthy. My father lived to be 93 years old in the comfort of his home. That is the quality of life we provide to our clients whether young or old.

I am involved in creating customized care plans for each of our clients and in hiring every caregiver on our staff. I take particular care in matching caregiver and client to provide the most positive homecare experience. Our hiring process and training guidelines are extensive as we are committed to having exceptional caregivers on our team. They are the heartbeat of our business which stems from our vision and intention to provide the best quality of life for our clients and their loved ones.

Greg Eldridge
Owner, Director of Community Outreach

Prior to Home Helpers, Hilary and I built a very successful real estate business helping people find and/or design the perfect home. With over twenty years of experience, we built our reputation on the value of personal relationships and individualized service. Seeing clients who had to give up their dream home to meet the challenges of everyday life and the spiraling cost of assisted living became an increasingly common occurrence. We reached a point in our personal and professional lives where we wanted to utilize our skills and experiences to have a positive and meaningful impact in others’ lives. What we love about our Home Helpers business is that we are actually helping people in our community continue to live independently in the comfort and security of their own home.

I oversee our business growth and development through marketing and building community relations. Having witnessed the challenges of finding quality care for family and past clients, I take great pride in the services we provide and the integrity of our business model.

Our senior home care services are available in the following communities of Cobb County, North Fulton County, Forsyth County and Gwinnett County: Alpharetta, Buford, Cumming, Duluth, Johns Creek, Lawrenceville, Lilburn, MariettaMilton, Roswell, Sandy Springs, Snellville, Stone Mountain, Sugar Hill, Suwanee and Woodstock.
