All Caregivers have also been trained to follow the necessary protocols to prevent and protect from the spread of the disease. This includes:

  • Wash hands frequently
  • Disinfect surfaces routinely
  • Check clients and yourself for fever/symptoms daily
  • Maintain a safe distance always
  • Check in regularly with our agencies

On April the 7th Home Helpers is proud to host the 5th Annual Vegas Night in Altoona! Being held at the UVA starting at 6pm! This event is a great opportunity to help local seniors with funny-money gambling, and a great night of fun! Vegas Night in Altoona supports the Area Agencies on Aging throughout Central PA. The Area Agency on Aging provides critical services to seniors in our area, including meals on wheels, and senior transport services. Join us for Home Helpers 5th Annual Vegas Night in Altoona!
