Caring Options for Alzheimer’s Disease and Dementia

While we are confident we can find a cure together, we know that for families living with Alzheimer’s or dementia, their current situation is a much more pressing consideration. That’s why Home Helpers is so grateful for the caregivers who share their lives with those afflicted with this terrible condition. They bring joy to their lives and inspiration to ours.

It’s unlike any other caregiving challenge. That’s why many of our locally owned offices can offer caregivers who are nationally certified through a partnership with the National Certification Board for Alzheimer and Aging Care (NCBAC). NCBAC set the national standard in Alzheimer’s and dementia care and, while it requires an investment and commitment in our caring professionals, we believe every family in this situation deserves the best.

If you know someone who needs support in caring for a loved one with Alzheimer’s Disease or dementia, please let them know help is available. Locally owned Home Helpers offices can assist with evaluating the specific needs of your family. Your local Alzheimer’s Association also can provide information on programs and treatment options.

We’re all in this together.
