Rhonda Robers is the complete Caregiver. She’s well-trained, with at least 26 certifications, plus she has the personality, experience, dedication and the intangibles it takes to help others in every conceivable way. In addition, she’s reliable and trustworthy, which gives family members additional peace of mind that their loved one is being cared for properly.
One of those Exceptional Caregivers who has found her calling, Rhonda operates with efficiency but always does much more than the bare minimum. She’s worked with people suffering everything from Alzheimer’s to Parkinson’s disease and really listens to understand her patients. In many cases, Rhonda would visit her patients in the hospital (on her own time) to help calm them and let them know someone cared.
An excellent chef, Rhonda would cook appropriate meals for her clients (depending on their health situation) and, for those who required an additional Caregiver on a following shift, would have the next meal prepared with instructions on how to heat it up. Her main priority is always the person she’s caring for and how she can make that person’s life better. This quote from a family member of one of Rhonda’s patients says it best: “If I needed a Caregiver, I would want Rhonda be that Caregiver because she worked her hardest to do the best job possible.”
Home Helpers of Southeast Wisconsin co-owners Aaron and Adriane Nelson are obviously a big fan of Rhonda’s.
