Total Care Training Program
At Home Helpers of Bradenton, we have developed our exciting and exclusive Total Care Training Program that places the growth and development of our Exceptional Caregivers at the forefront. This training is designed for all caregiving team members, many of whom will receive their CNA license approximately six months after enrolling in the program.
Our goal is to maximize your potential as an Exceptional Caregiver. Whether you are experienced or are newer to the home care industry, this program will allow your skills to grow and reinforce your current skillset. The training received and skills developed will apply to the home care industry but will also be very relevant to higher levels of health care and other industries such as hospitality/food service. From start to finish, the goal for most employees will be to complete the program over six months, ending with receiving their CNA license.
This training is of no cost to the staff member and is paid at the individual team member's regular hourly pay rate.
