Ashleigh's journey in healthcare started back in 2015. She has held various roles, each contributing to the extensive experience she has today. Her past roles include Resident Assistant, Med Tech, Lead Med Tech, Lead Supervisor, and Activities Director. Each of these experiences contributes to a comprehensive understanding of the diverse needs and challenges faced by those under her care.

Her inspiration for working in healthcare came from a personal experience with her grandparents. When her grandfather became ill, her grandmother needed her presence to provide essential care. This situation ignited her desire to work in healthcare, driven by her natural urge to assist others and make sure they get the quality care they deserve.

Throughout her career, Ashleigh has experienced numerous impactful moments that have shaped her approach to caregiving. Her dedication to continuous learning and research allows her to better understand and care for individuals, regardless of their circumstances. One particularly memorable occasion occurred when she was working at an assisted living facility. She helped organize a 100th birthday celebration for a resident whose family lived out of state. Ashleigh set up a Zoom call so the family could participate in the festivities, and she even managed to get a signed letter from the President of the United States to honor the centenarian's incredible milestone.

Ashleigh was born and raised in Bradenton, Florida. Outside of her professional life, she enjoys spending time with her children and has a variety of hobbies, including fishing, reading, crocheting, and cooking.

Steve Jobs' quote, "The only way to do great work is to love what you do," perfectly encapsulates Ashleigh's approach to life and her job. She pours her heart into caregiving, driven by her genuine passion for the field and her dedication to improving the lives of those she cares for.
