So, this award recognizes a new owner who has shown enormous growth potential, excellent customer service and dedication to the brand.

In his first full year of operation, our BOLD ONE Award winner provided more than 42,000 hours of care and saw growth of 487%!

Peter DiMaria of Enfield, Connecticut has taken the franchise plan, internalized it and is executing it to precision as he grows his franchise in the community. By committing to a plan and its execution, Peter has been able to earn the “Provider of Choice” designation from Home Care Pulse twice already!

His office also received A+ ratings from the Home Care Standards Bureau as well as his local Better Business Bureau. Internally, Peter is an inaugural member of the Pinnacle Club, further proof of his office’s growth in 2016.

One big step that Peter takes that many of our owners can learn from is this: he updates his local website and social media regularly.

This raises his online profile when residents in North Central Connecticut search for in-home care services. It’s a simple but important step—following through with quality care is the next, which Peter and his staff are committed to providing.
