To show appreciation for our caregivers’ dedication, Home Helpers has created a Caregiver of the Quarter Award. Every quarter we will nominate one caregiver from our team who consistently shows dedication, compassion, and professionalism in Elderly Care, Alzheimer’s Care and Companion Care. The winner will receive a $50 Gift Card to Shop Rite, in Enfield.
Denise has been a CNA with Home Helpers since October 2016. She has worked with several clients since that time. Many of her clients have been on hospice, have advanced Alzheimer’s Dementia or have been critically ill. Denise loves a challenge and is always willing to help us out with difficult cases. She provides exceptional Companion Care, Alzheimer’s Care and Personal Care for our client’s and their families in Suffield, Enfield, and Stafford.
Denise educates them on different services or advises them on equipment that could assist them to live more independently at home. She is also an amazing Team Player. She is more than willing to train other Caregivers on different techniques that work with her clients and has also brought in charts and other tools for us to monitor changes in our clients’ health.
Denise has never missed a day of work and is never late for her shifts. She always maintains a positive attitude and keeps her clients laughing and comfortable. Thank you so much, Denise, for representing Home Helpers in such a professional manner.
