Courtney joined Home Helpers as the Client Relations Coordinator and Recruiter in 2025. After spending 10 years supporting clients in the veterinary field, she transitioned to human healthcare following her experience helping care for her aging parents. She holds a bachelor’s degree in biology and earned her master’s degree in conservation biology in 2024. Courtney has also worked as a zookeeper at the Milwaukee County Zoo.
Since moving to Wisconsin in 2020 with her husband and son, Courtney has become active in her community as a room parent and PTO volunteer. She enjoys hiking, reading, swimming, traveling, and spending time with her dog, two cats, and rabbit.
As Client Relations Coordinator, Courtney guides families through the onboarding process—from the first phone call to the start of care.
As Recruiter, she partners with Danielle to find compassionate, qualified caregivers who fit the Home Helpers team, managing every step of the hiring process while building lasting relationships with candidates.
