She has dementia, and she would complain if someone was excitable or loud. I wanted them to be low key and soft-spoken. They have provided very good matches.
I do not know what they could improve on. My overall experience was very positive. It was my mother’s changing needs and difficulty accepting it that made it difficult to change the avenue of care.
