Tom Krupp - Partner


Tom is a 1982 graduate of Pennsbury High School, and earned a BS in Engineering from Purdue University, and a Masters in Business Administration from LaSalle University. Prior to Home Helpers, Tom was an operations and engineering executive in the electronics medical device industries.

Maggie Dominici, Lehigh Valley Regional Manager

Maggie joined Home Helpers in 2014. As the Regional Manager for the Lehigh Valley, Maggie works as a Senior Care advocate combining community resources with client care needs to create a team centered approach with Home Helpers and the client for successful aging.  The relationship between caregivers and clients is the key to success.  

Maggie received her degree in Psychology and Sociology from the College of Saint Elizabeth and her Master’s Degree in Marriage and Family Counseling from Seton Hall.  She has been married to her husband/best  friend for 30 years and together they raised two wonderful sons.  She considers that her greatest accomplishment.  Maggie has lived and worked in Bethlehem and the Lehigh Valley for 30 years.  She facilitates two Alzheimer’s caregivers support groups and is dedicated to families and their loved ones navigating the path of dementia. 

Together Maggie and Melony are the Lehigh Valley M and M’s focused on providing exceptional care in the way they would provide to their own families. 

Melony Horn, Client Care Coordinator

Melony joined the Home Helpers Lehigh Valley team in October 2016. Melony is a Registered Nurse and has been serving numerous clients, patients, and families since 1994.  As a graduate of NCC Nursing Program, Melony has gained her insight and knowledge by working in various hospitals and Senior Living Facilities in and around the Lehigh Valley. With over 23 years of experience, Melony has an exceptional depth of insight into the needs of providing quality care to clients and their families while supporting caregivers through her contagiously positive outlook on life.  Melony is grateful to be part of a compassionate and supportive team who strive to bring resolve and hope to the many families they serve.

Melony Horn derives her strength and purpose in life from her loving family and wonderful husband of the last 23 years. She is very proud of her three children who remind her daily the love of family is life’s greatest gift.
