Fort Lee

The Jack Alter Fort Lee Community Center offers seasonal programs for Fort Lee residents, many of which are free. These include, but are not limited to, Latin Zumba Aerobics, Tai Chi, Ballroom Dance, Pilates, Yoga, Stretch and Tone, English Conversation, Line Dancing, and Open Toddler gym time.

The Richard & Catherine Nest Adult Activity Center offers social, educational, and recreational programs to Fort Lee residents age 55 and older. Some of the activities include dinner theater trips and monthly luncheons. Jitney transportation is available free of charge to Fort Lee residents 55 and over on designated routes that will include a stop at the Nest Center.

Tenafly

KaplenJCC on the Palisades

Geared towards those 75 years and older, this senior club enables those who would otherwise be homebound, to get out, meet new people and enjoy themselves in the company of peers. The Senior Activity Center meets each weekday, Monday-Friday, for a full day of programs. Under the supervision of a highly qualified and professional staff, SAC features a wide range of programs and activities.

Paramus

Joseph Cipolla Senior Activity Center

Looking for an afternoon out of the house! Come join us on the first and third Thursday of each month at 1:00 pm for some socializing, a cup of coffee and dessert. We meet at the Joseph Cipolla Senior Activity Center, located at 93 North Farview Avenue, in Paramus. We are a social gathering club for all seniors residing in Paramus. The club provides you with access to good fellowship, entertainment, trips and the latest senior updates from around Bergen County, as well as, professional speakers.
