Home Helpers of Southeast Wisconsin is the vision of owner and president, Aaron Nelson, who developed a passion for helping others when he unexpectedly had to find care for his Grandmother. Recognizing the care needs and resources available to families could be better met, Aaron decided to start home helpers in 2008.
Living in Southeast Wisconsin presents opportunities and challenges for people needing home and transitional care. The opportunity recover and be cared for at home is the preference of the vast majority of people in our community, and there are numerous resources and services now available that allow home care to happen. The challenge is and will most likely continue to be, how to accomplish care and recovery at home with families spread out geographically or busy in their own lives, cost of living increases and increased life expectancy.
As the owner of a home care agency, it is my privilege every day to meet and be a resource to families throughout Southeast Wisconsin.
