My name is Kaitlyn Erdman and I have been a caregiver about 5 years. I immediately fell in love with the work I did and the clients I cared for. Kaitlyn brought her love of home care back home to North Dakota in October of 2017. Kaitlyn is the Area Manager of North Dakota to include the surrounding communities of Williston, Minot, Dickinson and Bismarck. Kaitlyn can be found performing in-home assessments, scheduling, participating in community meetings, providing care for clients and loving what she does!! Kaitlyn may be reached by phone: 701-570-4253 or email at: firstname.lastname@example.org. Please call with any home care needs, questions or concerns, she is always willing to help.
Emily was born and raised in Williston, ND and joined the Home Helpers team this year and has been a huge asset to our agency. Emily manages the caregiver schedules, screens & interviews potential caregivers, orientates new caregivers to their role as a Home Helpers caregiver, performs new client assessments and managing the day to day office duties. Emily has 3 children and is married to Matt.
We are Kayleen and Alan Erdman. We raised our family in Williston where all 4 of our children were born, Kaitlyn, Kameron, Konner and Kennedie. Alan is currently employed with Badlands Consulting. Kayleen has been a Registered Nurse for the past 25 years. Six years ago, we moved our family to Colorado, relocating for Alan’s career. Kayleen started her home care business in Colorado in 2016 and recently moved our agency to North Dakota where we saw a huge need. Our daughter, Kaitlyn, manages the agency in North Dakota while Kayleen manages from Colorado, making many trips up to North Dakota!! Kayleen worked at Craven Hagan Clinic in Williston for 8 years starting my nursing career, next to Mercy Hospital for 8 years and most recently teaching at several LPN programs to include Williston State College in Williston, Picken’s Technical College and Emily Griffith in Denver. Most of my teaching took place in long term care. It was while working in long term care that I realized the quality of life for anyone is better in the comfort of their own homes and knew I wanted to make this happen for as many people as I am able to help. My experience and desire to help others drove me to open our agency with a goal in mind to "Make Lives Easier" with Home Helpers.
