Getting to Know Our Team

At Home Helpers Home Care, we know it’s not easy to open your home to a stranger. That’s why we take time to get to know you, your loved one, and their unique needs.

During our free In-Home Care Assessment, we’ll be able to discuss in detail our various care services, your needs and schedule, and to answer any questions you have, face-to-face. This consultation allows us to create the customized care plan your loved one needs and to match them with a Caregiver who fits them best.

Training & Continuing Education for Caregivers

Before any of our Caregivers are sent out into the field – and into your home – they undergo extensive professional training. We ensure they are fully prepared to deliver our high standard of care to all of our clients.

We ensure each of our Caregivers is fully prepared to deliver the care that you or your loved one deserves.

Home Helpers University

Once our Caregivers are fully trained, the education doesn’t end there. Caregiving is an ongoing journey, so training opportunities are always available to our team. We offer continued training and development to make sure our team is the best in the home health care industry.

To keep our Caregivers at the top of their game, we offer ongoing classes and training through Home Helpers University. These courses cover many critical topics and offer multiple certification levels for home care providers, including Specialist, Expert, and Master-level certifications.
