Home Helpers Home Care of Bradenton announced Tuesday, October 4, 2022, that they have been awarded $29,676 in Upskilling Workers grant funding through the local CareerEdge organization. “At Home Helpers, we are committed to investing in our employees who play a critical role in supporting the healthcare needs of our community,” said Jonathan Marsh, Owner of Home Helpers Home Care of Bradenton. “The Upskilling Workers grant funding will help to support our health care heroes—who know their communities and have their trust— as they keep their neighbors safe by providing high-quality in-home caregiving services. This training will also help to further develop specialty programs for Home Helpers clients surrounding Alzheimer’s and other related dementias, and fall prevention. We are very thankful for CareerEdge and their funding organizations who have helped to support our training and internship programs.”
