Our care plan includes the following:

Trusted, experienced, and caregiving

Our goal at Home Helpers Home Care is to give families and the people they love the finest care possible. We only employ the best to make sure we always give elders the best in-home care.

Our skilled caregivers genuinely take pleasure in serving others. They are well-chosen and qualified individuals who are trustworthy and empathetic.

Without a foundation of compassion and care, our caregivers could not provide the extraordinary level of care that they do. When relatives are unable to attend to their loved ones, our caregivers function as the extended family.

Boredom in seniors

Retirement is meant to be a time for well-earned relaxation and rest. Some seniors find that their anticipated respite from their regular schedule isn't what they expected. There are numerous strategies for fighting boredom and locating enjoyable activities.

How to prevent boredom in seniors

Be Creative: Our caretakers help seniors exhibit creativity through hobbies. We help your loved one experiment with different activities to keep their mind active, such as reading, sewing, painting, or playing online games.

Stay Social: Maintaining relationships with loved ones and friends is crucial to keep life fulfilling. Our caretakers play the role of a companion and accompany your loved ones to social places like clubs and cafes, to just grab lunch or sip coffee with friends.

Be Active: Regular exercise can play a significant part in helping the seniors in your family stay healthy and happy. Your loved one can rely on our caretaker to engage in activities like going for walks, joining a fitness program or even enrolling in a dance class.

Try something new: Trying out new things will not only take the monotony out of life, but it will keep your loved one’s mind stimulated and memory sharp. Our caretakers will help your loved one do something new - like learning a new card game, writing a short story, clicking and sharing images, or becoming a chef. Whatever it is that triggers a brain response.

Keep your loved one staying active, healthy, and content with the support of Home Helpers Home Care of Fremont & Union City, CA. Our experienced and compassionate caretakers will help your elders go through their routines with the comfort, appreciation, and dignity that they deserve.
