Top 10 Restaurants in Clearwater for Mother’s Day Brunch

I am a Mother and a Grandmother, and I don’t know about you, but one thing I always look forward to on Mother’s Day is not having to cook! My grown children send cards, and my husband usually brightens my day with flowers, and these are all very nice! However, the best gift for me is a break from the daily monotonous culinary duties in the kitchen!

As I pondered ideas about restaurants that might serve a beautiful, scrumptious Sunday brunch, I turned to Yelp to discover their Top 10 restaurants in Clearwater for Mother’s Day

Brunch.

I did a bit of leg work with a little help from Yelp to compile their list of restaurants, and I included an unedited 5-star review of each so you can start pitching your family to make brunch reservations for Mother’s Day, Sunday, May 8th!

  1. Sandpearl Resort

Went for brunch yesterday. And I have to say...this is the best brunch I've ever had. And I lived in Las Vegas for years (home of the AYCE buffet.) everything was so thoughtfully prepared and delicious. I ate more yesterday than I prob ate all week. And I don't care. It was 100% worth it. Erica F

  1. Opal Sands Resort

Great views! Attentive waiters! Can't wait to go back! See you in 6 months! I want to visit the Spa! Anne O

  1. Belleair Country Club

Fortunate to be a members guest for Sunday Brunch. The options were vast, including prime rib, a stir fry station, lamb chops, sea bass, and of course salads and everything you'd want for breakfast. Endless champagne or mimosas. Superb service as you would expect. S.B.

  1. Island Way Grill

Beautiful (big) place in Clearwater Beach. Inside and outdoor dining. Great for lunch and dinner. High-end. (Sunday brunches are always ah-mazing!) Waterviews are nice as well. Annick R

  1. Clear Sky Café

Lovely brunch everyone thought titters was the best. Avocado toast perfect with egg and bacon. French toast, lobster omelet and breakfast burrito we would highly recommend. Cathy N

  1. Parts of Paris

We thought it was going to be packed on a Sunday Brunch timeslot so we set up a reservation by calling in. We were pleasantly surprised that it was just the right amount of people. We tried several items and they took some time to arrive and had a great flavor. It's so cute inside and you feel like you are not in Florida anymore. Jenette S

  1. Wildflower Café

The cutest quaintest breakfast and lunch spot. If my grandmother were still alive it's where I would treat her! Everything on the menu is phenomenal for lunch or breakfast. The specials are normally what I gravitate towards. They have a few outdoor deck seats but the majority is inside. If you're going for lunch get their early, most days they are on a wait by 12:30pm. 1. Bon Appetit Restaurant

Went to Bon Appetit for the first time with my wife and it was a spectacular experience. The food, the atmosphere, the service were all top notch. Among the highlights were the butternut squash ravioli, the dover sole, and the red snapper special. We cleaned our plates and still had just enough room for dessert - tiramisu for me and a peanut butter mousse for her. A perfect end to a perfect meal! We will definitely be coming back. Rabbi L

  1. Wildflower Cafe

We stopped in for brunch after church on a Sunday, without reservations, and was immediately sat for the three of us. I had the crab cake Benedict and it was sooooo good. Lump blue crab cake with poached eggs and that béarnaise - yuuuuum! And we had a nice view of the beach/water. And the chef came out to see how the food turned out. Everything was excellent! Samantha L

  1. Guppy’s on the Beach

Had brunch at another broken egg for the first time! They really do a great job of moving the wait list even with being a popular location with the ability to add yourself before arriving or in person! They also now have a togo/ wait drink menu while you are waiting! Once seated the server was so attentive! We also received a complimentary appetizer for being our first time! They have delicious choices and seasonal items! I really enjoyed the carrot cake pan cakes! We will definitely be back again! Sarah E

  1. Shephard’s Open Flame

Went to brunch Sunday for the first time last weekend. I do not know how I have never been before since I love a good brunch and have lived here a long time, but I will be back!
There was everything I would want or expect at a brunch buffet and more. Crab legs, oysters, omelette station, all breakfast foods, sushi, fried rice, the desserts, etc. And bottomless mimosas are included. Our server Cindy was fantastic and kept refilling my mimosa without me having to ask. The service was fantastic and the view was obviously amazing. Very clean and all staff was nice. I really enjoyed it! Jennifer A

  1. Hyatt Regency Clearwater Beach Resort & Spa

We decided to get the breakfast in the restaurant there for Sunday Brunch. There were a lot of options and everything was delicious. We loved the french toast and the hashbrowns. Mansi R
