Wake-Up & Tuck-In Services

Start & End Their Day with Our In-Home Care

Every person has unique needs, which is why at Home Helpers® Home Care, we personalize our services. If your aging or differently-abled loved one simply needs assistance with some of their routine morning and evening tasks, we proudly offer Wake-Up and Tuck-In Services to accommodate them. At the start and end of their day, Caregivers can be there.

  • Our Wake-Up Services include:
  • Assistance getting out of bed
  • Bathing
  • Getting dressed
  • Preparing for the day
  • Making a nutritious breakfast
  • Medication Reminders
  • Our Tuck-In Services include:
  • Dinner preparation and clean up
  • Assistance with brushing their teeth
  • Bathing
  • Help getting into bed
  • House check to ensure all doors and windows are locked
  • Checking to make sure the stove/oven is off
  • Ensuring medication has been taken (if necessary)
  • Charging electronics
  • Ensuring Emergency Alert buttons are worn

Knowing that you or your loved one is safe is invaluable. Having someone to wake up for in the morning and to help with getting the day started can bring joy and needed support.

These are just a few of the more common services we offer. If your loved one has additional needs, just let us know and we’ll certainly do our best to accommodate them all.

Learn More About Your Options

The Home Helpers Home Care team wants to make sure we always cover all the needs your loved ones have. During your free In-Home Care Assessment, we’ll learn more about your needs and will explain our services and costs. From this conversation, we will develop a customized Care Plan and begin pairing you or your family with the right Caregiver.

Home Helpers Home Care’s Caregivers are exceptional. They are trained to provide specialized care and companionship. All are thoroughly background-checked and insured.

Steps to Care

  1. 1.
    Initial Call Once we’ve received your information, we will have a short 5-10 minute call to answer any pressing concerns and set up a time to meet in person.
  2. 2.
    In-home Care Assessment Here we will answer all your questions, and ask some of our own to craft a Care Plan customized to your unique needs.
  3. 3.
    Start of Care We will come with our Caregiver on the first day of care to go through the Care Plan together and help with introductions.
  4. 4.
    Client Visits Once we have begun care, we will pop in at times our Caregiver is there to see how things are going and determine if we need to adjust the Care Plan.
