HOME HELPERS HIRES NEW COMMUNITY LIAISON, JOSHUA SALKA
Home Helpers, a provider of senior care and non-medical in-home care, has named Joshua Salka as its new Community Liaison. Mr. Salka will represent the Home Helpers of Bradenton office at 4230 59th St W in Bradenton, FL as well as the Home Helpers Home Health office at 9325 Bay Plaza Blvd. in Tampa, FL.
Mr. Salka brings senior care marketing experience, particularly in-home care, and is a military veteran. He is particularly eager to work with Home Helpers to provide a great service as well as education to the Manatee County and Hillsborough County communities, including clients, families, veterans, health care providers, and senior care providers. He is compassionate, has a strong work ethic and outgoing personality. Joshua looks forward to adding value to the Home Helpers team using his knowledge and expertise.
"I'm excited to join the Home Helpers family as Community Liaison because my passion is to help people," noted Joshua Salka, Community Liaison at Home Helpers. "I've seen firsthand what impact Alzheimer's disease and other types of dementia can have on a family and especially the primary caregiver. My late grandmother was diagnosed with Alzheimer's disease, which affected my entire family and was overwhelming at times. The services provided by Home Helpers are very much needed in the community and are just as important for clients as well as the family members of clients."
Mr. Salka is a Tampa Bay native and is married to his wife, Amber. He loves to cook and is always up for learning new cuisines. He also loves the outdoors and enjoys biking, fishing, kayaking, camping, and playing Rugby.
For more information about how Home Helpers can serve you and your family, please call or visit their websites. Their homemaker, companion, and personal care services are available in both Manatee and Hillsborough counties. Both offices are independently owned and operated.
