Caregiver, Home Helpers of Wayland
This month we are profiling Jennifer Vesey, one of Home Helpers’ veteran Caregivers. Jennifer has provided care for Home Helpers for over six years. When asked what she loves most about being a Caregiver, Jennifer explained “I love people and making people feel good, by establishing trust and providing the best care I can. In my experience working in hospice, it’s all about making people feel as comfortable as possible. This is what I’m truly meant to do; I am grateful to be working in a position that is so fulfilling to me, while helping those in my care.”
Jennifer has over 30 years of experience in home care, previously with Parmenter, Oak Knoll as well as other nursing home and rehabilitation facilities within the Boston MetroWest area. Along with a strong background in hospice care, Jennifer holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology, an Associates Degree in Early Childhood Education and is a licensed CNA and HHA.
