The VA CCN is a vital nationwide network of healthcare providers collaborating with the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA). It aims to provide eligible veterans and their surviving spouse with high-quality, timely, and accessible healthcare services outside the traditional VA healthcare system. For services like homemaker, home health aide, and respite care, the VA authorizes community providers such as Home Helpers Home Care of Gwinnett to provide care allowing veterans to receive care in the comfort of their own homes.
